Children thrive when movement feels like play. Our sessions build focus, flexibility, and calm through games and stories (never pressure) in a friendly, personalised 1:1 space.
How yoga can help your child.
Four gentle, playful ways yoga supports children, all wrapped up in fun.
Focus through play
Games and stories help children concentrate without it feeling like work.
Flexibility & coordination
Playful poses build natural flexibility and body awareness.
Calm and big feelings
Simple breathing games help children settle and self-soothe.
Confidence and fun
Encouragement, never pressure, so children enjoy moving.
The poses we play with, and why.
Grouped by what they bring out in your child. Your teacher draws from these. They won't ask your child to do all of them.
"The snake", a gentle backbend children get to hiss along with.
"Cat and cow", a wiggly, playful flow that loosens the back.
"The puppy", a fun upside-down stretch for the whole body.
"Standing tall like a tree", a steady, grounding balance.
"The flamingo", balancing on one leg, just for fun.
A playful balance that mixes focus with a little fun.
Freeze-and-balance play that builds steadiness and attention.
A fun humming breath that buzzes the wiggles away.
Slow, gentle belly breathing, like blowing up a balloon.
Smell the flower, blow out the candle: a calming little game.
Breathing is always playful and gentle, never any forceful breath-holding.
A short, calming story to help your child wind down.
"The cosy mouse", a snug, restful pose children find comforting.
"The resting starfish", a still, peaceful close to every session.
We use age-appropriate poses and avoid neck-loading inversions like headstands and shoulderstands for children.
Your teacher won't use all of these. They'll choose the right few for your child's age, energy, and mood that day.
How we work with you to get there.
One teacher who knows your child's name and what they enjoy, not a different face every week.

A note for parents & guardians
These playful sessions support your child's overall wellbeing. They are not medical or therapeutic treatment. Please set the session up in a clear, safe space, stay nearby to supervise (especially with younger children), and tell your teacher about any health conditions, injuries, or needs so they can adapt the play safely. If you have any concerns about your child's health, speak with your paediatrician.
